Terms of agreement
You will automatically receive an order confirmation with information about your order. You can always find the applicable terms and conditions on this page.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). All prices include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change and availability.
You pay with credit card, PayPal or by bank transfer to the account number, which is stated in your order confirmation. We ship your order when we have received your deposit.
The card information you enter when purchasing goods will be sent directly to ePay in encrypted form, and no one else sees or stores the information.
We do not withdraw the payment from your account until the product is shipped from Glas & Glimt. We can never withdraw a larger amount than you as a customer have approved.
Delivery time is usually max. 10 days. If the delivery time is longer, you will be contacted by us. Orders to addresses outside Denmark will also be dispatched within 10 working days, unless otherwise stated in the order / order confirmation. Reservations are made for local delivery, and we can not guarantee a specific delivery time for international delivery.
The shipping fee for your total order is DKK 45 – for delivery to the nearest GLS-shop in Denmark and DKK 65, – for delivery to a private address in Denmark. We do not charge shipping fee for orders for more than DDK 600,-. All shipments to Greenland, the Faroe Islands and abroad are charged the actual shipping cost.
Under Danish law you are entitled to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be in the same condition as upon receipt and accompanied by a copy of your invoice. You can cancel a purchase by refusing to receive the goods, by transferring the product to the post office or by returning the goods to the specified address.
You will bear the costs associated with the return. If the returned meets the requirements, you will receive a refund within 14 days for the amount that corresponds to the price of goods and shipping costs.
According to Danish legislation you have a 2 year warranty. If you should receive a wrong or a damaged item, you must complain within a reasonable time after you have found the defect. If you complain within 2 months, it is considered as being timely. Complaints may be done by phone +45 98392991 or by. e-mail: email@example.com. You can use your right to return the product by sending the product back or by bringing the product to our physical address. We will of course pay your shipping costs, if you have to return an incorrect or damaged product. We reserve the right to remedy a defect by replacing with an undamaged product rather than refunding the cost.
The fine print
Agreements with Glas & Glimt are made in Danish. When you shop at glasogglimt.dk, Danish laws regarding purchase and contract law, including rules on consumer sales, apply. As a consumer you are protected by the current legislation, ie primarily Købeloven (Sale of Goods Act) and Forbrugeraftaleloven (Consumer Contracts Act).
Glas & Glimt can not be held responsible for anything other than what is required under Danish law.
Disclaimer Trade outside the EU
As a recipient of an order/package in a country outside the EU, you as the recipient must pay the country’s taxes and costums duties.
Handling of personal data Information about your name, address, phone number, etc. are treated confidentially and is only used to process your order. Legislative requirements for commercial enterprises means that we have to keep your personal information for five years. Personal information is transmitted to Glas & Glimt in unencrypted form. We will of course never give your personal data to third parties. According to Persondataloven (The Privacy Act) you can view and request the information concerning you.
